I became so attached to Betty and then cried at the end of this book. Despite not living through the 60’s, I felt like I could really feel what it felt like during that time.

The manipulative scientist and four vulnerable young girls was such an infuriating dynamic. I loved the blend of the real Parapsychology experiments that occured in the 1960’s with this story.

Chilling, suspenseful, and emotional.
